Is Advantage Maids licensed, insured and or bonded?

For added peace of mind, we carry Workman's Compensation Insurance on our staff, liability insurance for your home/property, and licensure from the State Of Indiana.

Do you use earth friendly cleaning products?

We use safe & non-toxic green cleaning practices & products free of amonia, phosphates, sulphur, that can potentially harm humans & the environment.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the cleaning?

Our service is backed by a 100% money guarrantee policy. If you are dissatisfied with our service, our staff will return to your home for another cleaning for free within 48 hours.

Who is responsible for providing cleaning supplies?

Our staff will bring cleaning supplies that are recommended by the US-EPA.

Need I do anything the night before the scheduled cleaning day?

We recommend that you put away any of your valuables and paperwork that might get in the way for a deep & detailed cleaning of your home.

Does your staff wash & press laundry?

Our house cleaning staff are trained specially to scrub and clean your home. For your laundry needs, we can refer you The Laundry Parlor, (www.laundryparlor.com) a Hassle-free Door Step Laundry Pick-Up & Delivery.

What type of payment do you accept?

Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard or American Express). For security reasons we discourage cash payments.

What geographical areas do you service?

Indianapolis, Geist, Fishers, Carmel, Noblesville, Westfield, Zionsville.

I prefer the same team to clean my home, can that be arranged?

We can arrange for the same team to regularly clean your home unless in the event of an illness or circumstances beyond our control.

Our team will leave a checklist of the cleaning process upon completion which you can mail to the office for any concerns.
